GETTING MY AI SMITH TO WORK

I’m delivering an update to my previous review. Overall I’ve been really pleased with Smith.ai, but lately more and more calls are likely to Smith.ai’s voicemail or not getting picked up in any way. I use CallRail on our backend and might see full simply call metrics and access recordings of all calls. I’ve seen several prospects which have
